Cancellation and Refund Policy

Before work starts

You may cancel your request any time before a site has been assigned and work has started. If you have paid, we refund the amount paid, less any bank or payment-provider charges that cannot be recovered.

After work has started

Once work on your project has started, it cannot be cancelled for a refund because the cost has been committed. If a project cannot be completed at the chosen site, we will complete it at another suitable site or refund the unspent amount.

Plaque wording errors

If the plaque does not match the wording you confirmed, we will correct it at our cost.
