Principles of Change
A water project matters when it is needed, carefully built and genuinely usable. These five commitments guide how we work.
Need first
We choose villages and sites according to real need and technical suitability.
In practice: we identify a village or area that needs water and select a suitable location before work begins.
Built for use
The right well, built carefully, so people can actually use it.
In practice: two well types with clear specifications, built by our team in Pakistan.
Dignity of people
We communicate and film with respect for the people we serve.
In practice: we avoid intrusive filming and publish names, faces and exact locations only with permission.
Honest documentation
What we show is what was built.
In practice: photos and video from the start of the work to the opening, delivered to the sponsor.
Responsible follow-up
A well is not finished at the opening.
In practice: warranty and follow-up, and a revisit with new documentation on request.
